摘 要:将废弃鸡毛溶解,制备出一种蛋白助剂,探讨该蛋白助剂改性涤纶织物对分散染料热溶染色性能的影响。确定出涤纶织物蛋白助剂最佳改性工艺条件,并评价不同工艺处理涤纶织物分散染料热溶染色效果及吸湿性能的变化。结果表明,蛋白助剂与壳聚糖复配,并借助反应性阳离子交联剂的作用,能够将涤纶织物改性,显著提高分散染料热溶染色涤纶织物的表观色深度,而且不降低织物的耐摩擦色牢度,同时改性涤纶织物吸湿性能提高,穿着舒适性提高。A protein agent was obtained from discarded chicken feather and the effect of modified polyester with protein agent on thermosol dyeing ability of disperse dyes was studied. The optimum modified technological conditions were determined, the thermosol dyeing effects of disperse dyes and hygroscopic properties of treated polyester fabrics by different technologies were evaluated. The results indicated that the polyester fabric could be modified by combination of protein agent and chitosan with the help of a reactive cationic cross-link agent. And the color strength value of the modified polyester fabric dyed with thermosol dyeing was enhanced highly and the rub fastness did not decrease. Meanwhile hygroscopic property of treated polyester fabric was improved and the comfort of wear was increased.
