摘 要:将石灰粉加入再生粉煤灰混凝土中,可激发粉煤灰的活性,促进粉煤灰的"二次水化"。该课题拟通过试验探索单掺粉煤灰、双掺粉煤灰和石灰粉对再生细骨料混凝土抗压强度的影响规律,为再生细骨料混凝土的推广应用提供理论依据。研究过程中,试验分两种工况:第一种工况为单掺粉煤灰;第二种工况为双掺粉煤灰和石灰粉。实验表明:单掺粉煤灰时,随着粉煤灰掺量增加,抗压强度是先增大后减小,且掺量为20%时,抗压强度最大。双掺粉煤灰和石灰粉时,早期抗压强度增大较快,抗压强度随石灰粉掺量的增加是先增加后减小,石灰粉掺量为4%时,再生细骨料混凝土的抗压强度最大。Add lime to regeneration of fly ash concrete, can stimulate the activity of fly ash, promote the secondary hydration of fly ash. This topic proposed through experiment explore single mixing fly ash, double mixing fly ash and lime powder on the compressive strength of recycled fine aggregate concrete are studied, for the recycled fine aggregate concrete to provide theoretical basis for the popularization and application. Experiments show that: when only mixing fly ash, with the increasing dosage of fly ash, the compressive strength is first increases then decreases, and the content was 20%, the compressive strength is the largest. Double mixing fly ash and lime powder, the early compressive strength increases rapidly and the compressive strength increases with the increase of the dosage of lime powder is first reduced, after lime powder content was 4%, the compressive strength of recycled fine aggregate concrete is the largest.?
