口腔护理专业培训在根管治疗过程中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔专业护理培训在根管治疗过程中的作用与效果。方法选择120例上颌第一磨牙牙髓病患者,随机分为两组,由6名护理人员分别于培训前与培训后配合同一名医生,通过采用四手操作方法进行根管治疗术。结果 6名护理人员无论培训前还是培训后均能配合口腔医生完成根管治疗术,但实验组所用时间明显短于对照组,所创造的经济效益也明显高于对照组。结论经口腔专业护理培训的护理人员能更主动介人并配合医生完成根管治疗中的四手操作,使医护人员在根管治疗中的工作效率明显提高。且更加专业化的技能可使患者的焦虑心理得到明显改善,提高患者的治疗依从性。Objective To investigate the important of professional knowledge four-handed technique during root canal therapy. Methods 120 cases of pulpitis in maxillary first molar, these cases were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. they were respectively treated by 6 nurses whose trained before and after ean experienced nurse and an Inexperienced nurses with the same oral dentist under four-handed technique. The treatments time were recorded. Results Both group of nurses can com-pleted therapy cooperated with the same dentist, but the time of experimental group used were significantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion The nurses with professional knowledge of oral can be more effective than inexperienced nurses during the treatment of pulpitis with oral dentists.
