医疗失效模式在甲状腺术后患者管理中的运用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医疗失效模式(HFMEA)在甲状腺术后患者管理中的运用效果,以提升临床服务的质量。方法将2013年度收治的64例患者设为对照组,将2014年度收治的73例设为观察组,其中对照组采取常规管理模式,观察组采取HFMEA管理模式,比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况及对医疗服务的满意度情况。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(14.06%VS 2.74,P<0.05);观察组患者平均住院天数为(4.41±1.23)d较对照组(5.28±0.93)d明显缩短;观察组患者对医疗服务满意度评分为(94.27±4.80)分,明显高于对照组(87.06±3.63)分。结论 HFMEA管理模式能够将甲状腺术后风险进行量化,有利于临床医护人员及时发现问题,保证患者安全,提升临床服务质量。Objective To explore the application effect of healthy failure mode and effect analysis （HFMEA） in management of patients undergoing thyroid surgery, so as to improve the clinical service quality. Methods 64 patients admitted in 2013 were se-lected as the control group, and 73 patients admitted in 2014 were selected as the observation group;the conventional management mode was performed to patients in the control group, while the HFMEA management mode was performed to those in the observa-tion group, then the occurrence of postoperative complications and degree of satisfaction towards medical service were compared between the two groups. Results Compared to patients in the control group, those in the observation group had a significantly lower occurrence rate of postoperative complications （14.06% VS 2.74,P〈0.05）; patients in the observation group had a mean hospital stay of （4.41±1.23）days, which was obviously shorter than the mean hospital stay of （5.28±0.93）days of those in the control group; patients in the observation group had a medical service satisfaction score of （94.27±4.80）, which was significantly higher than the score of（87.06±3.63）from patients in the control group. Conclusion Risk after thyroid surgery could be quantified by the HFMEA management mode, and it was beneficial to clinical medical workers＇ timely detection of problems, safety of patients and improvement of clinical service quality.
