放射科护理风险管理的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析放射科护理风险管理的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2014年12月该院放射科收治的126例患者临床资料,按照不同护理方案分为两组(各63例),对照组予常规护理管理,研究组予护理风险管理,对比两组护理质量,护理差错、纠纷及护理满意度。结果从护理指标来看,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);同时,研究组的护理差错、纠纷显著低于对照组,而护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论放射科护理风险管理在减少护理差错和护理纠纷方面。Objective To analysis the application effect of radiology department of nursing risk management. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2013 - December 2014 in our hospital clinical data of 126 patients admitted in radiology department, according to the different nursing program is divided into two groups （63 cases） and control group with routine nursing care, the team to the risk management of nursing, compared two groups of nursing quality, nursing mistakes, disputes, and satisfaction. Results The team nursing index is significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）;Nursing error at the same time, the dispute was significantly lower than control group, and nursing satisfaction rate is higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The X-ray room nursing risk management application effect is remarkable, and can reduce nursing errors, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.
