摘　　要：电子门诊日志是在传统门诊日志的基础上结合信息化技术的产物,是医院门诊医师诊疗工作中的重要工具,本文报告了电子门诊日志在该院的传染病监测工作中的临床应用情况,得出电子门诊日志对于提高门诊诊录质量仅工作效率,预防传染病病情漏报等具有实用价值。并提出进一步规范电子门诊日志使用的改进措施。Monitoring is the basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases, with the gradual development of the infor-mation age, information technology in clinical and research work in more extensive range of applications. Electronic logs are com-bined with outpatient clinics in the traditional log on information technology products, hospital outpatient clinics physicians work an important tool that can be statistically valid personal information in addition to outpatients, but also can effectively record de-velopment of the disease, and also a detailed record of the details of the previous patient in the hospital for treatment, and can pro-vide important clinical data for monitoring and control of infectious diseases.
