摘　　要：目的通过对6所出色的私利医院运营管理和发展策略的分析,为国内私立医院的发展提供参考。方法该研究采取案例研究的方法,对所选案例进行资料搜集和整理,提取其在运营管理和发展策略上的数据进行汇总分类,并加以分析。结果六所医院在建院规模、管理模式和发展战略方面各具特色,并出现相似的战略选择:人才战略、与公立医院差异化竞争、获得国家医疗保险或商业医疗保险定点、随政策放宽进行扩张以及慈善营销。结论私立医院需根据政策及市场的变化适时适当调整自己的发展战略,我国将迎来又一次私立医院快速发展的时期。Objective To analysis the operational management and development strategy of 6 outstanding private hospitals in Chi-na, and to give advice to other Chinese private hospitals. Methods We conducted a multiple-cases study, 6 cases was chosen from top 20 of the ranking list“2012 top 100 private hospitals in China”. Results The 6 hospitals has their own characteristics at man-agement model and development strategies. 5 same strategies was adopted by all these 6： talent strategy, diversified competition with public hospitals, be contracted with national health insurance or commercial health insurance, hardware expansion and char-ity marketing. Conclusion Private hospitals should adjust their development strategy according to the change of policy and market, and there will be another rapid development of Chinese private hospitals.
