某市环卫工人健康状态现况分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析环卫工人的身体健康状况,从而找到影响健康的主要危险因素,为预防并控制相应疾病的发生提供科学依据。方法运用SPSS13.0对469名在职环卫工人的体检资料进行分析。结果在469名受检环卫工人中共有101人次所检项目完全正常,占受检总人数的21.54%,异常者368人次,占78.47%。男女性异常检出率分别为81.90%和72.57%,男性职工较女性职工患病几率高(P<0.05);体检结果异常具有一定的年龄段分布规律,脂肪肝、胆囊炎、高血压、高血脂、心肌缺血、血糖偏高、扁桃体炎、糖尿病、咽炎、胬肉、宫颈炎、宫体前位略大等检出率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中高血压、血糖偏高、糖尿病、胬肉等检出率随着年龄的增长而增加。结论环卫工人多项疾病发病率高于一般人群,且随着年龄的增加,健康状况愈下,分析可得与空气环境质量及各种多元因素有关。Objective Through the analysis of the physical health of sanitation workers, and found that the main risk factors affect health, to prevent and control the corresponding disease to provide scientific basis. Methods Using spss13.0 to 469 working sani-tation workers medical data analysis. Results Among the 469 workers tested a total of 101 the completely normal, all items are ac-counted for 21.54% of the total, tested was abnormal 368 person-time, 78.47%. Male and female anomaly detection rate were 81.90%and 72.57%respectively, the male worker than female worker high risk （P〈0.05）;Abnormal results have a certain age dis-tribution, physical examination, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, cholecystitis, myocardial ischemia, blood sugar on the high side, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, diabetes, useful, cervicitis, before a slightly larger corpus has significant difference detection rate （P〈0.05）, including high blood pressure, high blood sugar, diabetes, useful, such as detection rate increased with age. Conclusion The city＇s air environment, bad sanitation worker health, a number of disease incidence rate is higher than the general population, and with the increase of age, health status, under the analysis of the available related to air environmental quality, and various kinds of multiple factors. Only for its control and prevention, can reduce the occurrence of occupational disease, to improve their health.
