摘　　要：建设学习型医院是顺应医药卫生体制改革要求,促进医院可持续发展的必然选择。该文通过对学习型医院理论的学习,归纳出建设学习型医院的思路和方法,并针对一些问题提出相应的改进建议,最后结合医院实际讨论在创建学习型医院过程中应注意的问题,以提升医院管理理念和改进服务。The construction of learning hospital is following the demand of medical reforming and health system is also an inevitable choice of promoting sustainable hospital development. By studying the theory and the experience in establishing a learning hospital, the study has concluded some general thoughts and the methods, and offered some corresponding improvement suggestions for the existing problems. At last, the paper presents some problems for attention in the process of construction of learning hospital and the solution, in order to promoting the hospital management level and improving the medical service.
