摘　　要：保健科作为医院的保健专业管理科室,不仅发挥着它应有的职能作用,同时还对医院建设和长远发展起着不可或缺的促进。医院保健科能够发挥窗口形象、沟通协调和调解矛盾等作用。作为新立医院,要做好保健科工作,发挥"政府关爱的绿色通道"功能,保障广大保健干部最大限度地享受到应得实惠和温暖,发挥"医院优质服务的示范窗口"作用,彰显新立医院医护人员的过硬素质,发挥"综合医疗实力展示的平台"作用,树立新立医院后起之秀的实力形象,发挥"组织协调沟通"作用,构建新立医院良好的新型医患关系。Health department as a hospital＇s health professional management department, not only plays its due role, but also to the hospital construction and long-term development plays an important role in promoting.
