结核患者麻醉不良事件报告分析与麻醉安全管理探讨

摘　　要：目的分析结核患者麻醉不良事件,探讨麻醉安全管理措施。方法对80例结核麻醉不良事件报告进行综合分析,针对分析结果提出相应的安全管理措施。结果麻醉诱导期和苏醒期所占比例明显高于手术中和回病房后(P<0.05);中青年所占比例明显低于老年(P<0.05);ASAⅡ级患者所占比例明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅲ级(P<0.05);呼吸不良事件所占比例高于其他不良事件(P<0.05);因操作技术不成熟所致明显高于其他原因(P<0.05)。结论应对结核患者不良事件进行分析,并提出针对性的安全管理措施,以提高结核患者的麻醉安全性。Objective To analyze adverse events tuberculosis anesthesia, anesthesia discuss safety measures. Methods 80 cases of tuberculosis anesthesia comprehensive analysis of adverse event reports, the corresponding safety measures for analysis. Results Induction of anesthesia and recovery period was significantly higher than the proportion of post-operative and back ward （P〈0.05）;significantly lower than the proportion of young elderly （P〈0.05）;the proportion was significantly higher than patients with gradeⅠASAII,Ⅱ grade （P〈0.05）;the proportion of respiratory adverse events than other adverse events （P〈0.05）;because the technology was not operating due to significantly higher than for other reasons （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion Addressing TB patient adverse events analyzed, and targeted safety management measures to improve TB patients anesthesia safety.
