摘　　要：目的探讨强化护理管理在结核病医院内科预防感染中应用效果。方法选择2014年1月—2015年1月该结核病医院内科收治的80例住院患者作为研究组,选择2012年12月—2013年12月该结核病医院内科收治的80例住院患者作为对照组。对照组患者采取常规护理措施,研究组在此基础上应用强化护理管理干预。结果研究组医院感染率为12.50%,对照组为1.25%,研究组医院感染组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化护理管理措施在结核病医院内科预防感染中具有显著的应用效果,可以有效降低感染率,保证患者的就医安全与质量,适于临床推广。Objective To investigate how to improve nursing management in the prevention of tuberculosis infection in hos-pital medicine application effect. Methods January 2014-January 2015 I was admitted to the tuberculosis hospital medicine 80 inpatients as the study group, select the December 2012-December 2013 tuberculosis hospital medicine I treated 80 cases of hospitalized patients as a control group. Usual care control group patients to take measures to strengthen nursing research group application management interventions on this basis. Results The study group nosocomial infection rate was 12.50% in the control group was 1.25 percent, research group nosocomial infection group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthen nursing management practices internal medicine in the prevention of tuber-culosis infection in hospitals have significant application effect, can effectively reduce infection rates, ensure patient safety and quality of medical care, suitable for clinical practice.
