摘　　要：目的探讨CCU标准化床旁交接班的实施及效果评价。方法该科自2013年7月—2013年12月制定床旁交接班质量标准,观察实施前后相关不符合要求项目情况。结果与传统床旁交接班比较,现交接班准确率明显提高。结论标准化交接班模式在CCU护理实施过程中明显提高了床旁交接质量,减少了护理安全隐患。Objective To investigate the effectiveness evaluation and implementation of the standardized bedside succession of CCU. Methods Set quality standard of bedside succession,and observe the condition of the relevant projects that do not conform to the requirements before and after the implementation. Results Compared with traditional bedside succession,standardized bedside succession obviously improve the accuracy. Conclusion Implementation of the standardized succession mode of CCU significantly improves the quality of bedside succession, and reduces the potential nursing safety hazard.
