摘　　要：构建政府体育公共服务体系是贯彻与执行全民健身计划的必然要求,是统筹城乡体育发展与推进和谐社会建设的重要支撑。当下,体育事业已经步入了快速发展的轨道,但体育公共服务的相对滞后与以大众健身为主体的现况发展仍不匹配。新型城镇化的体育公共服务需要我国东、中、西部地区因地制宜地推进,大、中、小城市和小城镇协调发展,从而推动中国社会共同走向富裕。政府体育公共服务体系转型构建主要包括政策法规、资金保障、资源配置、教育培训、信息传播、创新开发、绩效评估及监督反馈等八个方面。the construction of the government sports public service system is the necessary requirement of carrying out the national fitness program,and is an important support for the development of urban and rural sports and promoting the construction of a harmonious society.At present,the sports industry has stepped into the track of rapid development,but the relative lag of sports public service is still not match with the current development of mass fitness as the main body.New urbanization of sports public service to China＇s eastern,central and western regions to promote local conditions,large, medium and small cities and small towns coordinated development,so as to promote Chinese society toward common prosperity.Sports public service system of government transformation construction mainly includes eight aspects as policies and regulations,financial security,the allocation of resources, education and training,information dissemination,development and innovation,performance evaluation and supervision and feedback.
