农村中小学体育教师专业化的现实困境与解决路径

摘　　要：目前农村中小体育教师的整体水平偏低,其实就是其专业文化程度严重偏低的表现。所有教师包括体育教师的教学活动主要发生在校园内,这看似是一种与社会无关的行为,但实际情况并非如此,整个社会生活都在无时无刻地影响着他们的教学活动,而他们的教学活动也在不停地反馈到社会中去。针对这一现象,通过分析新课改背景下农村中小学体育教师专业化的现实困境,寻求解决农村中小学体育教师专业化的路径和办法,为解决农村中小学体育教师的现实困境提供理论参考。The overall level of rural small and medium-sized sports teacher is low,is the serious degree of professional culture is low.All teachers mainly include sports teachers＇ teaching activities on campus,they seem to be a kind of has nothing to do with the social behavior,but it＇s actually not the case,the whole social life in all affect their teaching activities,and their teaching activities,are also constantly feedback to the society.In reaction to the phenomenon,through the analysis under the background of new curriculum reform,the rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers professionalization of seeking path and the way to solve the rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers professionalization,in order to solve the current difficulty of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers to provide theoretical reference.
