摘　　要：通过调查法等研究方法,阐述了在东北区域的学校体育中,现阶段室外体育课程实施的困难与瓶颈,并分析造成学生在一定时间段内喜欢体育不喜欢体育课的原因。在分析马拉松项目的项目特性后,提出在东北区域的中小学体育课开展简单的马拉松学习的新设想,作为奥林匹克运动会的比赛项目,该文重点探讨了将马拉松项目引入东北区域学校体育课的可能性。Through investigation and other research methods,this paper expounds the difficulties and bottlenecks in the implementation of outdoor sports curriculum in the northeast area.After analyzing the characteristics of the project,this article puts forward a new idea of simple marathon learning in the northeast region of school physical education courses.As the event of the Olympic Games,this paper mainly discusses the possibility of the introduction of the marathon project in the Northeast regional school physical education.
