摘  要:目的测定欧亚旋覆花4种不同溶剂提取物的总多酚含量、总黄酮含量和体外抗氧化活性。方法以没食子酸为对照品采用福林-酚试剂法测定欧亚旋覆花提取物中总多酚的含量,采用可见-紫外分光光度法以芦丁为对照品测定欧亚旋覆花提取物中总黄酮的含量,通过测定DPPH自由基清除率、氢氧基清除率和还原能力来评价欧亚旋覆花提取物的抗氧化活性。结果在4种欧亚旋覆花不同溶剂提取物中,总黄酮含量从高到低的顺序为乙酸乙酯提取物(IAEE)>正丁醇提取物(IBE)>石油醚提取物(IPEE)>氯仿提取物(ICE);总多酚含量从高到低的顺序为IBE>IAEE>IPEE>ICE。欧亚旋覆花提取物还原能力从高到低的顺序为IAEE>IBE>IPEE>ICE,与总黄酮含量顺序一致。结论欧亚旋覆花正丁醇提取物总多酚含量最高,欧亚旋覆花乙酸乙酯提取物总黄酮含量最高且具有很强的还原能力。Objective To determine total phenolics contents, total flavonoids contents and antioxidant activities of four different solvent extracts of Inula Britannica L. Methods Total phenolics contents of the extracts prepared are determined with Folin-Ciocaltcau reagent according to the method using gallic acid as a standard phenolic compound. The total flavonoids contents of the extracts prepared are determined by UV spectrophotometry and rutin was used to make the calibration curve. Antioxidant activities of the extracts prepared are evaluated applying DPPH ( 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl ) radical scavenging, total reducing power and hydroxylion scavenging assay. Results The decreasing order of total flavonoids contents is acetate ethyl extract (IAEE) 〉 n-butanol extract (IBE) 〉 petroleum ether extract (IPEE) 〉 chloroform extract (ICE) in four different solvent extracts. The decreasing order of total phenolics contents is IBE 〉 IAEE 〉 IPEE 〉 ICE. The decreasing order of reducing capacity is IAEE 〉 IBE 〉 IPEE 〉 ICE in all the methods which is in conformity with total flavonoids content. Conclusion Acetate ethyl extract has highest total flavonoids content and strongest antioxidant activities, n-butanol extract has highest total phenolics content.
