中西药物引起荨麻疹型药疹86例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析中西药物引起荨麻疹型药疹的临床特点及致敏药物。方法收集2009年~2013年间诊治的由中西药物引起的荨麻疹型药疹86例患者的临床资料及致敏药物进行回顾性调查分析。结果 86例荨麻疹型药疹患者临床皮疹均表现为大小不等的风团样损害,致敏药物有15种,其中抗微生物药48例,占55.8%,解热镇痛抗炎药20例,占23.2%,生物制剂9例,占10.5%,其他药物9例,占10.5%。结论引起荨麻疹型药疹的致敏药物主要是抗微生物药和解热镇痛抗炎药,患者经糖皮质激素类和抗组织胺药等药物治疗均获痊愈。Objective To discuss the clinic features and medical treatment of urticarial drug eruption induced by different medicines. Methods To analyze clinic reactions of 86 urticarial drug eruption cases induced by different medicines during 2009 -2013. Results the clinic reaction of 86 urticarial drug eruption cases is wheal sample damage, and there are 15 kinds of inducing medicines. 48 cases are induce by antimicrobials （55.8%）, 20 cases are induced by antipyretic analgesic anti-inflammatory drugs （23.2%）, and 9 cases are induced by vaccine （10,5%）, and 9 cases are induced by other medicine （10.5%）. Conclusion this research shows that sensitizing drugs that induced 86 cases of urticarial drug eruption are mostly antimicrobials and antipyretic analgesic anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients are usually cured by glucoeortieoids and antihistamines.
