摘 要:目的探讨新医改政策下医院药学管理模式的改革。方法分析传统自管模式和共管模式的异同和优缺点,探讨共管模式下药品采购原则、药品结算方式、医院药学服务与药品物流和社会经济效益等方面具体运行情况及效果。结果与结论药品共管模式的运行实现了"两个分开"和"五个有利于",优化了"两个服务",实现医院药品管理的"零库存"及"零损耗",将药师从繁重的药品物流中解脱出来,专心为患者提供良好的药学服务,同时将药品商业公司的服务范畴延伸到医院各临床护理单元,为医院提供更深层次的服务。Objective To study the pharmaceutical reform of our hospital under new medical reform. Methods The differences, advantages and disadvantages were compared between traditional model of self-care and common management mode. Then to discusse the principles of drug purchase, drug settlement, hospital pharmacy service, drug logistics and social and economic benefits under the common management mode. Results and Conclusion The operation of the common management mode of the drug has realized "two separate" and "five benefit", optimized the "two services", realized the pharmaceutical logistics from the hospital services. It realized the zero drug storage and the zero drug consumption in pharmaceutical management. Meanwhile, it sets the pharmacists free from the heavy workload of logistics, which enables them to offer more professional services to patients, it is also beneficial to pharmaceutical companies to offer better services to the hospital.
