摘 要:磁性吊具是废物包吊运的核心设备,磁性吊具具有体积小、使用方便、所需空间小的特点,适用于放射性废物包吊运的远距离操作。定位装置是根据磁性吊具的使用环境和技术要求,采用不附加动力源,利用内圆定位法、三点定位和杠杆原理,在废物包桶盖上表面附加定位圈,在磁性吊具外圆周面上设置一套三脚定位执行机构,实现定位机构在磁性吊具外圆周面作相对的升降运动和360°旋转运动,三只定位脚联动自动修正废物包中心相对于屏蔽转运容器中心的偏移,达到磁性吊具的自动对中要求。磁性吊具自动定位装置的研制,成功解决了废物包在远距吊运操作过程中的对中问题,提高了废物包的吊运安全。The magnetic lifting device is the key part of the waste packaging equipment. The magnetic lifting device is small and convenient. It is applied to radioactive waste lifting over a long distance. Positioning part is designed according to the requirements of the magnetic lifting working environment and technology. It is with no additional power source. The round positioning method, threepoint positioning and lever principle are used. With the additional positioning part on the surface of waste package barrel and a three foot positioning actuator, the device can move from rising and falling with 360° angle. The difference can be fixed automatically. The development of the magnetic lifting device successfully solved the waste package positioning problem in the process of long-distance lifting operation. With this device, the lifting safety of waste package is improved.
