摘　　要：为了满足高新技术设备对供电质量的苛刻要求,介绍了一套基于数字变频器的静态切换开关系统。包括两路数字变频器,同步锁相电路和静态切换开关模块。两路数字变频器经过同步锁相后得到同频率、同幅值、同相位的两路电源。数字变频器改进了SVPWM算法,采用精确的v/f控制和数字滤波器;同步锁相电路实现了一种充分隔离的数字锁相机制;静态切换开关系统采用DSP芯片控制。经过大量的实验表明,系统能够在8ms内完成切换工作,达到了敏感负载对不间断供电的要求。此套系统有望应用于船舶电力系统。In order to meet severe requirements of high and new-tech equipment for power quality, this paper introduces a system of static transfer switch（STS） based on the digital frequency converter（DFC）. It mainly contains two way of DFC, synchronous phase-lock and STS.Two powers generates the same frequency,amplitude and phase waveform by means of synchronous phase-lock. DFC improves the algorithm of SVPWM and adopts pinpoint control of v/f and digital filter; synchronous phase-lock is fully isolated;STS uses the chip of DSP. Abundant experiments show that it can finish switching within 8ms and it can be up to requirement of sensitive load.It is expected to be used in ship power system.
