摘　　要：授权影印版西文图书入西文图书库,按MARC21格式著录,利用原版的西文图书的网上数据根据影印版图书的具体情况加以修改即可,快捷方便,质量还有保障。如008字段按影印版的具体情况如实修改,020字段改成影印版的ISBN号,中文译名作为并列题名在245字段增加刀乐b或在原来的刀乐b后添加"#=中文译名",250字段分2种情况,首版原版图书的影印版和多版次原版图书的影印版,260字段只记录影印版的出版发行情况,534字段是授权影印版西文图书的标志性字段,原版西文图书的所有信息尽在此字段描述,650、700字段保留不动,方便又准确。Authorized photo-offset copy of Western books is kept in Western library, recorded by MARC21 format. It can be modified by original Western books and their practical photo-offset copy. The skills are fast and guaranteed quality. For example,field 008 can be accurately modified according to specific circumstance of photo-offset copy; field 020 can be changed into ISBN of photo-offset copy;Chinese translation as paralleling autograph add dollar b in field 245,or＂#= Chinese translation＂can be added in original dollar b.Field250 can be divided two circumstances.Photo-offset copies of first edition original edition books and more editions original edition books.Field 260 only records publication and distribution of photo-offset copy.Field 530 is landmark field of authorized photo-offset copy of Western books,in which all information of original edition Western books can be found.Field 650 and 700 remain unchangedwhich are convenient and accurate.
