摘  要:从试验角度研究热弯曲对转子振动的影响和转子振动故障特征。在考虑温度场载荷工况下建立三维实体有限元模型。在热弯曲变形和初始变形条件下进行了某型发动机高压转子振动响应分析,并对在不同停车时间间隔下的启动过程中的高压转子振动情况进行了统计分析。结果显示:该型发动机高压转子临界转速范围为54.0%-56.1%N2,停车后25分钟内再启动时热弯曲对高压转子影响最大,300分钟后再启动时热弯曲对高压转子影响很小。热启动应该避开停车30分钟这一时间段,或者在这一时间段冷运转后再启动以减小热弯曲对瞬态振动的影响。研究为转子系统的优化设计提供了一定的理论基础和试验数据。The effect of thermal bending on rotor vibration and the fault characteristics of rotor vibration were studied from an experimental perspective. Three-dimensional finite element model was established according to the temperature load. The vibration response analysis of the high-pressure rotor of an aeroengine was completed under thermal bending deformation and initial deformation. The vibration characteristics of high-pressure rotor were statistically analyzed for different restart processes under different stopping time interval. The analytical results showthat the critical speed of high-pressure rotor of the engine ranges between54. 0% - 56. 1% N2 and thermal bending has the greatest impact on high-pressure rotor when the aeroengine restarts 25 minutes after stopping. However,thermal bending can hardly have any effect on high-pressure rotor if the engine restarts 300 minutes after stopping. It is advised that hot start be avoided within 30 minutes after stopping,or restart after cold operation during this time range,to decrease the effect of hot bending on transient vibration. The study provides the theoretical and experimental data for the optimization design of rotor system.
