高血压患者心血管危险性层次及其治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究高血压患者的心血管危险性分层对降压治疗的指导意义。方法将220例高血压随机分为观察组和对照组,每组为110例,对照组采用传统降压治疗,观察组采用心血管危险性层次指导下的降压治疗,统计分析两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的血压情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组、对照组治疗有效率分别为94.54%、81.81%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用心血管危险性层次指导降压治疗,具有疗效确切、安全可靠的特点。Objective To study the cardiovascular risk stratification in patients with hypertension and its guiding significance for antihypertensive therapy.Methods 220 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,110 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional antihypertensive therapy,while the observation group used the antihypertensive treatment under the guidance of cardiovascular risk stratification.Statistical analysis for therapeutic effect of two groups was done.Results After treatment,blood pressure of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the treatment efficiency of the observation group and the control group were 94.54%and 81.81%,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the guidance of antihypertensive treatment,cardiovascular risk stratification has the characteristics of exact curative effect,safety and reliability.
