摘　　要：目的探讨不同的检验方法对尿路感染诊断的应用效果。方法选取240例疑似尿路感染患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组患者120例。对照组采取单独尿八联检验,实验组采取尿八联与定量尿培养联合检验,对比分析两组的检验结果。结果实验组灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组约登指数为0.845明显高于对照组0.465(P<0.05),真实性较高。结论尿八联与定量尿培养联合检验可提高尿路感染诊断的真实性和准确性,灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值较高,具有重要临床价值。Objective To study the application effect of different inspection methods for diagnosis of urinary tract infection.Methods 240 suspected patients with urinary tract infection were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,120 cases in each group.Single use of eight urine test was performed in the control group,while joint inspection of eight urine test and quantitative urine culture was used in the experimental group,and the test results of the two group were analyzed.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P〈0.05;dpecificity,0.845,of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group 0.465,P〈0.05,with higher validity.Conclusion For the diagnosis of urinary tract infection,joint inspection of eight urine test and quantitative urine culture can promote the validity and accuracy,and with high sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value,it has important clinical value.
