老年性心脏瓣膜病的超声心动图分析

摘　　要：目的 对老年性心脏瓣膜病的超声心动图特点进行探讨,以提高超声诊断的准确率。方法 随机选取2011年1月—2014年12月该院接收的50例老年性心脏瓣膜病患者,为实验组,再选取同时间段内来该院健康体检的无老年性心脏瓣膜病患者,为对照组,比较两组患者的超声心动图影像资料,以准确掌握老年性心脏瓣膜病的超声心动图特点。结果 实验组患者除左室舒张功能降低检出率之外,其余检出率均与对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合瓣膜的发生率受到患者年龄增加的影响,患病风险增加。实验组患者的老年心血管疾病与老年病的发病率明显高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。其病因危险性从大到小依次是年龄增加、高血压、高胆固醇等。结论由于老年性心脏瓣膜病的早期症状不典型,因此漏诊率较高。在超声诊断检查中,能够及时发现患者存在的心脏大小、心功能以及瓣膜受损等异常情况,尽早进行有效治疗,延缓患者病情的发展。Objective To discuss the characteristics of echocardiography in diagnosis of senile cardiac valvular disease so as to improve the accuracy.Methods 50 patients with senile cardiac valvular disease and 50 patients without senile cardiac valvular disease confirmed by health examinations,all of whom were admitted to our hospital between January 2011 and December 2011,were selected as the experimental group and the control group,respectively.In order to accurately grasp the echocardiographic characteristics of senile heart valve disease,we compared the echocardiographic image data.Results Except the detection rate of the left ventricular diastolic function,the rest detection rates of the experimental group were significantly different with whose of the control group significantly（P〈0.05）.The incidence of joint valve was affected by the age,and the risk increased with the increasing of the age.The incidence of cardiovascular disease and senile diseases of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Etiology risk from big to small in turn was increasing age,high blood pressure,high cholesterol,etc.Conclusion Because the early symptoms of senile heart valve disease is not typical,so missed diagnosis is high.Using ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of senile cardiac valvular disease,we can timely found the abnormal conditions,such as change of valve size and cardiac function and damage of heart valves,and undergo effective treatment as soon as possible so as to ease the disease.
