摘　　要：目的探讨FAP与E-cadherin\N-cadherin的表达与大肠癌发生发展的关系及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化EN法检测150例大肠癌标本中FAP与E-cadherin\N-cadherin的表达。结果FAP表达与肿瘤分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与肿瘤分级之间没有明显的相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。E-cadherin的阴性表达率及Ncadherin阳性表达率与大肠癌的肿瘤分级、分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E-cadherin、N-cadherin阳性表达呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(r=-0.745,P<0.05)。结论:FAP高表达、E-cadherin的低表达或不表达和Ncadherin的反常表达与大肠癌的浸润\恶化有密切关系。Objective To explore the correlation between expressions of FAP and E-cadherin／N-cadherin as well as their relation-ship with the carcinogenesis in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of FAP and E-cadherin／N-cadherin was detected by immunohistochemical EN technique in 150 cases of colorectal carcinoma. Results The expression of FAP were positively asso-ciated with tumor staging and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）, but no obvious correlation with tumor grading （P〉0.05. Negative ex-pression rate of E-cadherin and positive expression rate of N-cadherin were positively associated with tumor staging, tumor grad-ing and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.The expression of E-cadherin was negatively correlated with N-cadherin expression （r=-0 .745,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Over-expression of FAP, negative or weak expression of E-cadherin, and abnormal expression of N-cadherin were have significantly correlated with invasion/aggravation of colorectal carcinoma.
