支原体肺炎临床表现特征及疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨支原体肺炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法整群选取2013年1月—2014年7月该院收治的支原体肺炎成人患者162例进行综合治疗,随机平均分为对照组和治疗组,各81例,治疗组患者使用罗红霉素胶囊,对照组给予红霉素片治疗,两组患者进行疗效比较观察。结果治疗组患者完全有效的有51例(62.96%),部分有效的患者有25例(30.86%),无效的患者有5例(6.17%),总有效率为93.83%。对照组患者完全康复的有35例(43.21%),患者部分有效的26例(32.99%),无效的患者有20例(24.69%),总有效率为75.31%。两组数据比较,总有效率的卡方检验,χ2为3.225,P=0.051,P<0.05,说明经统计学分析,两组结果的差异有统计学意义。结论使用罗红霉素胶囊治疗支原体肺炎,不仅可以提高治疗效果,减少患者的毒副作用,而且可以改善和提高患者的生活质量,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect observation of mycoplasma pneumonia so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods 162 adult patients with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted in our hospital during January 2013 and July2014 who underwent comprehensive treatment were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 81 in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with roxithromycin capsules, while those in the control group were treated with erythromycin tablet. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, 51 cases（62.96%）showed excellent results, 25 cases（30.86%） effective results and 5 cases（6.17%） ineffective result, and the total effective rate was94. 1%, while in the control group, 35 cases（43.21%） showed excellent results, 26 cases（32.99%） effective results and 20 cases（24.69%） ineffective result, and the total effective rate was 75.31%. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups,χ^2=3.225,P =0.051,P〈0.05. Conclusion Roxithromycin capsules in the treatment of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia not only can improve the treatment effect and reduce the adverse reaction, but also can improve and enhance the quality of life,and reduce the recurrence rate. In a word, this method is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
