海扶超声聚焦刀治疗子宫肌瘤的临床护理心得

摘　　要：目的记录使用海扶超声聚焦刀治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床护理措施并探讨。方法随机选取自2013年12月—2014年11月在该院使用海扶超声聚焦刀治疗子宫肌瘤的患者90例,将其随机分2组,每组45例。两组子宫肌瘤患者,都给予常规护理,观察组再联合针对性护理。观察两组患者的临床病情症状和生命体征、患者的子宫体积及肌瘤,测评患者对护理的满意程度。结果观察组子宫肌瘤患者的总满意程度是95.56%,高于对照组71.11%,对比两组子宫肌瘤患者之间,经过不同的方式护理后,患者对护理的满意程度差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.6800,P=0.0019)。结论针对子宫肌瘤的患者,使用海扶超声聚焦刀治疗,并给予针对性护理干预,能够对治疗起到有效的辅助作用,还能获得患者对护理较高的满意程度评价。Objective To record and summarize the experience of clinical nursing for uterine fibroids treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound. Methods 90 cases with uterine fibroids treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound in our hospital from December 2013 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each. Both groups were given the conventional nursing, in addition, the observation group were given the targeted nursing. The clinical symptoms, vital signs,volume of uterus and uterine fibroids of the two groups were observed. And the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing of both groups was assessed. Results The overall level of nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group（95.56% vs 71.11%） with statistically significant difference（χ^2=9.6800,P =0.0019）. Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound, targeted nursing intervention can play an effective auxiliary function, and by it higher level of patients＇ satisfaction with nursing can be achieved.
