摘 要:护理管理是医院整体管理工作中的重要环节,护理管理重视应用人性化管理模式有助于激发护理人员工作积极性,提高就诊患者满意度。现代化医院体系深化改革与人们对医疗技术、服务等认识进一步加深的背景下,医院首先应当引导护理管理者正确理解人性化管理的必要性,然后针对护理管理工作存在的实际问题,采取树立人性化管理理念、改进护理管理制度、提高护士长管理能力及重视护理人员素质等相关措施,以加强医院护理管理水平,促使护理管理规范化,进而为医院推进管理建设工作提供有力保障。The nursing management is an important part of the overall management of the hospital, nursing management helps to stimulate the initiative of nursing staff the application of humanized management mode, improve patient satisfaction.
