摘　　要：加强医院的信息化建设是提升医院运营效率效益,保障医疗质量安全,提升医院服务能力和水平的重要保障和有效手段。该文从县级医院信息化建设的目标任务、规划设计、实践创新等方面,探讨如何以信息化建设为着力点,推动医疗服务和医院管理的改革和创新。The hospital information system has become an important part of the normal operation of the hospital business, To strengthen the construction of hospital information, which can improve the efficiency of the hospital, but also can improve the eco-nomic benefits of the hospital, but also can ensure the quality of medical care and medical safety, but also can improve the ability of hospital services.This paper discusses the mission objectives, plans and practice innovation of hospital information construction.
