摘　　要：通过分析国内能源结构调整的实际情况,介绍了区域能源规划的概念和编制区域能源规划的必要性。结合近年来区域能源规划的工程实践,介绍了《民用建筑区域能源规划规程》的主要编制内容。Through the analysis of the actual situation of do- mestic energy structure adjustment, this paper introduces the concept of regional energy planning and the necessity of the establishment of regional energy planning. Combined with the engineering practice of the regional energy planning in recent years, it introduces the main contents of the regional civil building energy planning procedures.
