摘　　要："基因"作为分子生物学的基本概念经历了其自身的发展历程。由最初的简单臆想,到抽象假定,再到物质实体的确立……基因概念的内容在不断地丰富化、具体化和纯化。整个过程中,基因概念经历了自身的语义变迁,而我们认为,这种语义变迁是建立在基因概念解释语境的变迁之上。＂Gene＂ riginally a simple content of ＂gene＂ ,as the basic concept of molecular biology, has experienced its own developmental process. O- imagination, then an abstract assumption, and then the becomes more and more enriched, concrete and purified. establishment of physical entities, the Throughout the process, the concept of gene transforms through its own semantics. We believe that this semantic transformation is due to the transformation in the context of explanation for the concept of gene.
