五子衍宗丸联合右归丸治疗弱精子症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五子衍宗丸联合右归丸治疗弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:选取76例弱精子症肾阳亏虚证患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组各38例。对照组给予五子衍宗丸治疗,观察组给予五子衍宗丸联合右归丸治疗。比较2组的临床疗效与中医症状疗效,治疗前后精子相关参数、参数差值、中医症状积分。结果:观察组临床疗效与各中医症状疗效均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组a级精子比例、(a+b)级精子比例、精子活动率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组a级精子比例、(a+b)级精子比例及精子活动率等精子参数指标治疗前后差值均优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组中医症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五子衍宗丸联合右归丸治疗弱精子症疗效显著,可改善患者遗精、乏力及腰膝酸软等症状,是有效的联合治疗用药。Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of Wuzhi Yanzong wan combined with Yougui wan for asthenospermia. Methods： Seventy-six cases of patients with asthenospermia as the study object, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Wuzi Yanzong wan. The observation group was given Wuzi Y^ong wan combined with Yougui wan. The clinical efficacy, and Chinese Medicine（CM）symptoms effect, as well as sperm related parameters, parameter differences, CM symptoms scores in the two groups were observed. Results： The total effective rate and CM symptoms effect of the observation group was higher than those of the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.01）. After treatment, grade a sperm, （a＋b） grade sperm, sperm activity rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference of all above indexes in the observation group was also superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the CM symptoms scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Wuzhi Yanzong wan combined with Yougui wan for asthenospermia, has good curative effect, and can improve symptoms of fatigue, spermatorrhea, and soreness-tired of waist and knee.
