摘　　要：在推进现代烟草农业建设过程中,皖南烟叶公司主动适应市场变化和烟区户均种植规模较大的现状,加强生态维护,积极探索烟叶精益生产。通过实践,探索以精确信息、精良技术、精准作业、精干队伍、精细管理和精益物流为主要内容的精益生产,促进烟叶生产由数量效益型向质量效益型转变。指出皖南烟区在下一步的精益生产探索中,需进一步强化"精简+精准"的技术体系研发,用设备装备技术,逐步优化工作业务流程,不断完善规模化种植下的技术体系和管理体系。In promoting the construction of modem tobacco agriculture process, Wannan Tobacco Co. , Ltd are taking the initiative to adapt to market changes and the status of large scale cultivation of tobacco area per household, strengthen ecological maintenance, and actively explore to- bacco lean production. Through practice, the precise information, sophisticated technology, precise operation, capable team, fine management and lean logistics as the main content of lean production was explored, promoting transformation of tobacco production from quantity to quality and economic efficiency. It was pointed out that the next step in tobacco lean production exploration needs to further strengthen ＂lean ＋ precision＂ technology system research and development, equipment and technology equipment, and gradually optimize business processes work, and con- stantly improve the technology and management system under large-scale cultivation.
