围封年限对荒漠草原土壤微生物的影响

摘  要:[目的]为了研究未围封和围封不同年限草地土壤微生物数量的变化情况。[方法]以盐池县荒漠草原为研究对象,运用空间序列的方法进行研究。[结果]不同围封年限草地土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌数量及微生物总量随围封年限的延长而增加。0~5 cm土层放线菌数量变化明显,5~20 cm土层的细菌、真菌、放线菌数量和微生物总量大多高于0~5 cm土层。不同围封年限草地土壤微生物总量随有机质、全氮、速效氮、速效磷、全盐含量的增加呈增加的趋势,随速效钾含量的增加呈降低的趋势。[结论]围栏封育可以增加荒漠草原微生物的数量,5~20 cm土层土壤的微生物数量高于0~5 cm土层。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the number changes of soil microbial of the desert steppe among different years of enclosure and unenclosed grassland. [ Method] The study was carried out with space series method in a degraded desert steppe in Yanehi. [ Resuit] The number of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes and total microbe increased with the increase of enclosing time. The number of actinomycetes had obvious law with the enclosing time increasing in 0 -5 cm depth. The number of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes and total microbe were higher in 5 - 20 cm depth than those in 0 - 5 cm depth in different years of enclosure. The number of total microbe was gradually increased with the increase of the content of organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, total salinity increasing in different years of enclosure. The number of total microbe was gradually decreased with the content of available kalium increasing in different years of enclosure. [ Conclusion ] The number of total microbe was decreased for enclosuring. The number of total microbe was 5 - 20 cm 〉 0 - 5 cm.
