摘 要:研究了水性固化剂种类及R值[n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)]对双组分桐油基水性丙烯酸聚氨酯木器漆涂膜性能的影响,采用红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、示差扫描量热仪等对漆膜的结构及性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明:选用Bayhydur 305为适宜的水性固化剂,R值为1.5,提高了树脂的耐热性,第2个最大速率分解温度提高了49.3℃,玻璃化温度提高了近20℃,漆膜的基本性能均能达到一级应用要求。The effects of waterborne curing agent and the mole ratio of -NCO and -OH on the properties of the cured film derived from 2K tung oil-based waterborne acrylic polyurethane wood varnish were studied. The structure and properties of the film was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimeter, etc. The results showed that Bayhydur 305 was the proper waterborne curing agent,-NCO and -OH mole ratio was 1.5, the heat resistance of the resulted film was improved, the second decomposition temperature was increased by 49. 3 ℃ and the glass transition temperature was increased by approx. 20℃. Meanwhile, the basic properties of the film lived up to the level 1 application demand.
