摘  要:介绍了硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、乙酸的腐蚀概况及常用的防腐方法。考察了6种涂料对不同浓度酸液的耐受性。研究发现环氧涂料对酸耐受性较差,3种酚醛涂料对不同酸的耐受性有所差别,聚环胺固化的环氧酚醛涂料比环氧及其他环氧酚醛涂料可耐更高浓度的硫酸和盐酸。乙烯基酯玻璃鳞片涂料和酚醛乙烯基酯玻璃鳞片涂料对酸的耐受性较好。同时,随着酸液浓度增大,涂料最高耐受温度有所降低。高交联密度环氧酚醛涂料比环氧酚醛涂料对酸液有更优异的耐温性能,酚醛乙烯基酯玻璃鳞片涂料比乙烯基酯玻璃鳞片涂料对酸液有更优异的耐温性能。同时介绍了一个98%浓硫酸地坪的案例和一个37%浓盐酸碳钢储罐的案例。The corrosion and anticorrosion of sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and acetic acid are described. The six coatings with their resistance to acid are investigated. The result shows that epoxy coating has weak resistance to acid, and three novolac coatings have different resistance to different acid while polyamine cured epoxy novolac coating has better resistance to sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid as compared to epoxy coating and other epoxy novolac coatings. The vinyl ester based glass flake coating and novolac vinyl ester based glass flake coating have good resistance to acid. In addition, the increased concentration of acid might result in the decrease of temperature resistance of coating. The higher cmsslinking density might lead to the improved temperature resistance of epoxy novolac coating. The novolac vinyl ester based glass flake coating has better temperature resistance than the vinyl ester based glass flake coating. In particular, two application cases such as the floor at the tank of 98% sulphuric acid and the steel tank of 37% hydrochloric acid are described.
