摘 要:采用熔融冷却法制备了不同Bi2O3含量的硼硅酸盐玻璃,探讨了Bi2O3含量变化对硼硅酸盐玻璃结构和粘度的影响。通过红外光谱分析了硼硅酸盐玻璃的结构变化,测试了玻璃的光学性能。结果表明:Bi2O3的外掺可以降低硼硅酸盐玻璃的高温粘度,有利于节能环保的要求。当Bi2O3掺入量质量分数从0增大到1.00%时,对应的熔制温度从1 783.8℃降低到1 730.72℃,而玻璃的光学透过率有所降低。综合考虑硼硅酸盐玻璃的制备与使用性能,可考虑外掺Bi2O3含量0.25%,光学透过率能保持在91%的条件下,能够降低熔制温度20℃。A melt cooling method was adopted to prepare borosilicate glass with different Bi2O3 contents, and the influ ence of Bi2 O3 on the structure and viscosity of glass was investigated. The infrared spectroscopy was used to analyze the change of the glass structure, and the optical performance was tested as well. The experimental result shows that the ex tra addition of Bi2 O3 can reduce the viscosity of borosilicate glass at high temperature, which is consistent with the energy saving and environmental protection requirements. When the addition of Bi2O3 increases from 0 to 1.00%, the relevant melting temperature decreases from 1 783.8℃ to 1 730. 72℃, at the meantime the optical transmission also decreases. Considering the preparation and performance of the borosilicate glass, the addition of Bi2O3 was set to 0. 25 %, the optical lransmission value was keep at 91%, while the melting temperature can be decreased 20℃.
