摘 要:基于离散单元理论,以二组元粒径颗粒在滚筒内的分离指数(Is)作为混合评价指标,对不同离心率下的椭圆形滚筒内颗粒混合过程进行数值模拟,并用实验结果进行对照与分析。模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好,得出了不同离心率下椭圆形滚筒内颗粒的混合状态以及在混合过程中滚筒内颗粒的运动规律。结果表明,在椭圆形滚筒滚动过程中,由于颗粒速度不同会形成两种区域,即滑动层颗粒混合区域和相对静止区域,在一定时间范围内,颗粒经过相对静止区域的次数越少,混合效果越好。随着椭圆形滚筒离心率增加,颗粒经过相对静止区域的次数降低,混合质量提高,所以在一定范围内增加椭圆形滚筒离心率,会提高颗粒混合质量。对颗粒在滚筒内运动规律进行研究,可以为滚筒内颗粒混合的最佳工况提供理论依据。Based on the discrete element theory, a numerical simulation about the particle mixture process in the oval cylinder at different eccentricities was conducted by using the separation index of two component particles inside the cylin- der as evaluation index, meantime were compared and contrasted with the experiments results. It is shown that the simu lation results well coordinate with the experiments results. It is also concluded that the mixture state inside the oval cylin der at different eccentricities and the movement rules of particles in the cylinder during the mixing procedure. It is also in dicated that in the rolling course of the oval cylinder, two different particles speeds can form two different areas parti cle mixture area on the slipping layer and relatively static area. During a certain time span, the fewer time particles pass over the relatively static area, the better the mixture effect will be. As the eccentricity rate of the oval cylinder increases, the less time the particles pass over the relatively static area, the better the mixture quality will be. Therefore, the in- crease of the oval cylinder eccentricity within certain scopes can improve the particle mixture quality. The study can pro vide a theoretical foundation for the best working conditions of particles mixture in the cylinder.
