摘 要:采用熔融冷却法制备不同Li2O含量的高硼硅酸盐玻璃。通过红外光谱分析玻璃结构,测试玻璃的密度、热震性、化学稳定性和力学性能,研究Li2O含量对硼硅酸盐玻璃结构和性能的影响。研究表明:Li2O含量增加,使R值减小,从红外图谱和SEM图片中可知体系中[BO3]比例增大,硼氧三角体[BO3]与硅氧四面体[SiO4]结构差异大,分相加剧。由于Li+的高离子场强,导致网络结构致密,使玻璃的硬度增强。Li2O摩尔含量对硼硅酸盐玻璃的热膨胀系数影响较小,当摩尔含量小于1.00%时,膨胀系数略微增大,当摩尔含量大于1.00%时,结构致密性使膨胀系数减小。Li2O含量的增加使玻璃的化学稳定性急剧下降,主要与其促进分相,且形成化学稳定性差的连通结构有关,易受侵蚀的富碱硼酸盐相直接暴露在介质中。Li2O含量的增加使玻璃的弯曲强度降低,这是由于分相导致不均匀性,产生了破坏源。High borosilicate glass with different Li2O contents was prepared by using melt cooling method.Effects of Li2O content on the structure and properties of glass were investigated by infrared spectroscopy analysis.Density,thermal shock property,chemical stability and mechanical property of glass were also tested.The experimental results are shown with the Li2O content increasing,R(R=Na2O/B2O3)decreases,the ratio of[BO3]increases seen from FTIR spectra and SEM images,which means split phase increases.Because Li+ion has high cationic field strength,it can make the glass network structure more compact and hardness more higher.Li2O content has a little effect on the thermal expansion coefficient.When Li2 O is less than 1.00%,the expansion coefficient increases slightly;when Li2O is more than 1.00%,the compact structure makes expansion coefficient decrease.Increasing Li2O content makes the chemical stability of glass decrease sharply,mainly related to its special connecting structure.It makes erodible alkali rich boron phase directly expose to the medium.As a result,the chemical stability of glass becomes worse.Due to destruction source from split phase,flexural strength decreases with Li2O content increasing.
