摘 要:研究了军山大桥健康监测系统的整体设计技术及实现方法,该系统由自动化传感测试子系统、数据存储与管理、电子化巡检养护、综合预警与安全评估和用户界面5个子系统组成。详细介绍了各子系统的设计与实施方法。利用建立的健康监测系统实现对特殊荷载状况下结构响应的监测,对监测结果与有限元计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明,该系统运行良好,监测结果准确,取得了预期的效果。最后探讨了健康监测技术应用于实际工程需进一步研究解决的问题。The overall design technical and implement method of health monitoring system for Junshan bridge were studied.The system is composed of five components,that is automatic sensor test subsystem,data storage and management subsystem,electronic inspection maintenance system,alarming and safety evaluation system,and user interface system.The design and implement method of each subsystem was introduced in detail.The response of structure under the special load was measured by the health monitoring system,and the analysis results were compared with those of finite element analysis.It is indicated that the monitoring system operates well,monitors accurately and gets the expectant results.Finally,some problems need to be further studied were discussed when the health monitoring technical was applied to practical engineering.
