王不留行黄酮苷软膏剂的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：为了研究"王不留行黄酮苷软膏剂"的制备工艺及制剂稳定性,本研究采用多因素配比实验筛选软膏剂处方,采用乳化法制备软膏剂,通过HPLC测定制剂含量。优化后的软膏剂处方为:15%硬脂酸甘油酯(质量分数)、20%液状石蜡、2%硬脂酸、6%十八醇、25%纯甘油、30%蒸馏水、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、0.1%羟苯乙酯和0.1%王不留行黄酮苷。实验结果表明该工艺简单可行,王不留行黄酮苷软膏剂质量稳定可控。The aim of this study was tO investigate the preparation process of vaocarin ointment and its stability. Multifac- tor ratio experiment with the emulsion process was adopted to prepare ointment. The content determination was carried out by HPLC method. The optimal formulation contained 15% （mass fraction） stearic acid glyeeride ,20% liquid paraf- fin wax,2% stearie acid,6% octadecanol,25% pure glyocrin,30% distilled water,2% sodium dodecyl sulfate,0. 1% hydroxy ethyl benzene and 0.1% vaccarin. The optimized process was simple and feasible. The quality of vaocarin ointment prepared using the optimized process was stable and controllable.
