摘　　要：美国科技发展水平居于世界前列,科研机构技术转移成就斐然,国家科技影响力巨大。以收益权为切入点,将ARS、NIH等10所美国国立科研机构作为研究对象,分析了其成果收益权管理现状,在此基础上总结了美国国立科研机构科技成果的收益权归属原则、收益来源、收益分配模式和收益用途,进而提出对我国科研机构的几点启示。The development level of science and technology in America ranks among the highest in the world. Research institutions have made impressive achievements of technology transfer, which brings great influence of national science. From the perspective of profit fight, this paper selects ARS, NIH and other 10 America national research institutions as the research object. Based on the management status of profit fight, it concludes ownership of profit right, source of profit, pattern of profit sharing and application of profit in America national research institutions. Finally, this paper proposes some enlightenment for national research institutions in our country.
