摘  要:在知识经济时代,知识产权战略对企业赢得竞争优势至关重要。但现有文献对企业知识产权战略的研究还处于定性阶段,缺乏量化的工具,这使得对知识产权战略的研究无法深入和发展。在文献综述的基础上提出相关概念模型,并利用问卷调查和结构方程模型,构建并验证了基于中国经济发达地区样本数据的企业知识产权战略的维度结构。研究结果表明,企业知识产权战略维度可以分解为知识资源获取、知识产权管理及知识产权运用等三个方面。同时,还开发出一套经过实证检验的信度和效度良好的评价知识产权战略维度的具体测量量表。In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual property strategy is very important for enterprises to win the competitive advantage. But the existing research on intellectual property strategy is mainly qualitative research Lack of quantitative tools, the existing research for intellectual property strategy can't support in-depth analysis Based on the literature review and the data of developed areas in China, using questionnaire and structural equa- tion model, this paper constructed and verified intellectual property rights strategy dimension structure. The re- search results show that the intellectual property strategy constitute three dimensions including acquisition of know- ledge resources, management of intellectual property and applying of the intellectual property. During the analyzing process, by adopting qualitative research, the paper also developed an intellectual property strategy measuring scale with a favorable reliability and validity. The measuring scale offers the basis of quantitative research for enterprise intellectual property strategy in the future, and provides theoretical basis and guidance for enterprises to build their own intellectual property strategy
