企业家社会资本、决策冲突与决策质量的实证研究——战略决策视角

摘　　要：在复杂多变的市场环境下,企业家如何利用社会资本引领决策团队做出高质量的战略决策,对企业的发展具有重要意义。基于现有企业家社会资本与战略决策质量两者间直接影响关系的研究,探讨了企业家通过社会资本化解决策团队冲突,从而提升决策质量这一作用机制。结果表明,企业家市场性、制度性和支持性社会资本对决策质量的正向影响显著;决策冲突在企业家制度性、支持性社会资本与决策质量之间的部分中介效应显著。Under the fast changing market environment, it is significant for entrepreneurs to use their social capital to lead top management team making high quality decisions in order to help enterprises develop. Based on existing research outcomes of how entrepreneurial social capital （ESC） directly influences the quality of strategic decision making （SDM）, this article further discusses the mechanism of how ESC influences the quality of SDM through resolving decision conflict. The results indicate that market, institutional and supportive ESC show positive effects on the quality of SDM; decision conflict respectively shows partial mediating effect between institutional, supportive ESC and the quality of SDM.
