摘　　要：宜居性一直是人类的共同理想和追求,人本导向下的宜居城市建设是新型城镇化建设的重要内容。城市交通是城市形态和出行行为的主要载体,实现交通与城市的和谐发展是宜居城市建设的根本和关键要素。本研究在梳理国内外相关研究的基础上,主要从理论层面探讨了基于多维视角的城市宜居交通概念、目标、要素与框架。本文强调了宜居交通的多维目标,认为宜居交通建设应更全面地与经济、社会和环境目标相融合,满足更广泛的需求和相关规划体系的有效性。同时,提出宜居交通构建的主要策略和研究的主要方向。Livability is a common ideal and pursuit of humankind. Development of human-oriented livable city is the meaningful content of ＂new-type urbanization＂ in China. Urban transport is the major modeler of urban form and travel behavior. It is a fundamental element of a livable city to realize harmony between transportation and city. This study reviews the studies about livability and urban livable transportation, and then proposes a framework of urban livable transportation from concept, objectives, and elements. The purpose of this study is to determine what livability means and the role of transportation. Based on research and outreach, we suggest that livable transportation is an important part of urban livable characterization. It is about using transportation facilities and services to help achieve broader goals, such as improving economic competitiveness and social equity, promoting the environment benefit environment, and enhancing unique regional characteristics. Further, livable transportation is that can provide the transportation system and space that emphasizes a safe, maintained road network; allows for multimodal transportation opportunities; provide convenient, comfortable and pleasant transport environment for urban residents. We emphasize on the multidimensional goal of urban livable transportation and suggest that urban livable transportation should be more comprehensive and integrated with economic, social and environmental objectives.
