摘　　要：为了积极应对老龄化所面临的居家护理服务资源紧缺的现状,上海开始探索鼓励和引导社会力量创办护理站提供居家护理服务,以缓解日益增长的老年居家护理服务的需求,截止2014年本市已开办护理站11家。本文通过对护理站目前的现况及面临的困难分析,提出相应的建议与对策,以供政府及相关行业管理人员参考。To actively respond to the current situation of the shortage of the home care service resources faced by aging, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning began to explore, encourage and guide the social force to build the nursing stations to provide the home care service to alleviate the growing demand for the elderly home care service, and by 2014, 11 nursing stations have been set up. This article puts forward the corresponding suggestions and counter-measures for the government and relevant industry personnel for a reference through analyzing the situation and difficulty faced by the nursing stations.
