摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声用于股前外侧皮瓣修复颌面部皮肤软组织缺损设计中的应用价值。方法对21例拟行旋股外侧皮瓣手术患者,术前均采用彩色多普勒超声对旋股外侧动脉穿支血管数量、走行、内径以及穿支血管穿出点进行探测并体表标记,与手术进行对照。结果 21例患者中,CDFI检测旋股外侧动脉降支肌皮穿支41条,内径为0.8-1.6 mm。血管频谱表现为明显收缩期正向波及较低舒张期波形,CDFI所探测血管走行与术中符合率100%。除1例因血管不符合手术条件,1例术者判断失误外,其余19例皮瓣设计成功,移植后均存活。结论彩色多普勒超声探测穿支动脉在股前外侧皮瓣修复颌面部皮肤软组织缺损中具有重要指导意义。Objective To evaluate the application value of CDFI in the design of anterolateral thigh flap（ALT）to repair oromaxillo-facial region tissue defects. Methods CDFI was applied to detect the perforating arteries of descending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery in 21 patient with ALT. The number,tracking direction,inner diameter and emerging points of cutaneous were recorded and marked on skin surface,the results was companed with surgery. Results Twenty-one trunk arteries and forty-one perforating arteries were examined and confirmed by operation. The inner diameter ranged from 0.8 mm to 1.6 mm.One surgery was quit because of unqualified perforating arteries condition in a patient detected by CDFI,and another operation failed due to surgeon＇s poor judgment. The rest nineteen surgeries were all succeed. Conclusion CDFI owns great value for assisting ALT design to treat oromaxillo-facial region tissue defects.
