摘　　要：目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)伴抑郁患者左心室收缩功能的变化。方法选取2013年10月至2014年4月在东南大学附属中大医院心内科住院、经选择性冠状动脉造影检查确诊为CHD的患者100例,根据汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分分为CHD伴抑郁组(35例)和CHD非抑郁组(65例);同期选取38例健康人作为对照组。应用实时三维超声心动图采集患者图像进行左心室收缩功能分析。结果与对照组及CHD非抑郁组比较,CHD伴抑郁组患者左室收缩末期容积增大,左室射血分数降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CHD伴抑郁患者左心室收缩功能减低。Objective To investigate the change of left heart systolic function in the patients with coronary atheroscle- rotic heart disease （CHD） complicating depression. Methods 100 patients with CHD diagnosed by the elective coronary arteri- ography in the Affiliated Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University from October 2013 to April 2014 were selected and divided in- to the CHD complicating depression group （35 cases） and the CHD non-depression group （65 cases） according to the scores of the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）. Contemporaneous 38 healthy people were selected as the control group. The real-time three- dimensional echocardiography was used to collect their heart images for analyzing the left heart systolic function in 3 groups. Re- sults Compared with the control group and the CHD non-depression group,the left ventricular end-systolic volume in the CHD complicating depression group was increased and the left ventricular ejection fraction was decreased, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The left ventrieular systolic function in the patients with CHD complicating depression is decreased.
